Business Hours & Communication

I take great pride in providing a thoughtful, organized, and high-quality experience for every client I work with. To ensure I can give each project the care and attention it deserves, I operate within dedicated business hours.

Business Hours:

Monday–Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Weekends are reserved exclusively for photo and video sessions.

All editing and administrative work is completed during Monday–Thursday business hours. Please keep this in mind when booking, as turnaround times are calculated based on business days only. If an editing deadline falls on a major holiday (including, but not limited to, Christmas, Thanksgiving, or Easter), delivery timelines may be extended, as I take time off during those weeks.

During business hours, I am fully dedicated to client communication, planning, and post-production. I strive to respond to all emails and inquiries within 48–72 business hours, allowing me to provide consistent, attentive service without compromising quality.

Whether I’m documenting a wedding, capturing a family session, or creating professional portraits, my goal is always the same — to deliver a seamless experience and timeless imagery you’ll cherish for years to come. I truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to working together.
